So grateful to Bryan and Tammi for helping me pull off a last-minute trip. They were able to secure every dining reservation on our list and make recommendations on our park schedules. I was also super impressed by the detailed itinerary they gave us for each park, along with recommendations for everything from snacks to what bathrooms to use! They were super responsive and easy to work with. Will definitely use in the future.

You did a fantastic job getting us reservations and fast passes. Your suggestions and added information on height restrictions, park times, etc was very helpful! I enjoyed all the activities, but I think Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo, parade, and the magic kingdom fireworks were my favorites. The Hawaiian Laua was very good too! The food and entertainment were both excellent! We had the best seats in the house. It actually rivaled the one we saw in Hawaii! All and all, a great vacation! Thanks so much for your invaluable assistance!

“Ears of Experience” is the busy moms answer to planning a fun-filled family vacation! Bryan and Tammi took care of all our traveling needs, from reservations to magic bands, and even stroller rentals! Bryan and Tammi sent detailed emails with reminders as well as recommendations! Our family had a truly magical Disney vacation thanks to “Ears of Experience”! I recommend their services to all my family and friends! We cannot say enough about the Durfee’s and their assistance in planning our trip. They went above and beyond the call of duty to handle any issues or needs we had. Besides the fact that they were quick to respond, organized, and incredibly thorough in the itinerary planning and paperwork, we had 2 situations that really proved just how awesome they are. One was that we were unable to get a reservation at Be Our Guest when we wanted and we really wanted to go this trip. Tammi and Bryan continuously checked the reservation system for days until a reservation opened up and they made the arrangements. It saved us so much time not having to worry about checking every day ourselves. The other situation happened after we got on the Magical Express and realized we may not have attached the proper luggage tags to get our luggage to the resort. Just by sending a photo of our checked baggage stickers Tammi and Bryan immediately handled the situation and made sure our luggage got to us as soon as possible. They were amazing and I would (and already have) recommend them to anyone looking to plan a trip!
