We are months away from Walt Disney World’s 50th Anniversary and we do not know about you – but we are more than excited! As we approach the anniversary year, from time to time we will be throwing in some fun facts about the original Walt Disney World® Resort. Here’s to the past and the future!
Did you know that on opening day, there were 23 original attractions? While some of the attractions have been replaced, others remain in the Magic Kingdom today! Which ones do you remember or still enjoy? Some of the attractions that remain have been updated, which ones do you love the new and improved and which do you wish were kept the same?

Us? We sure remember almost all of the original attractions. While we love visiting the princesses or hanging out with Winnie the Pooh, we absolutely miss Snow White’s Adventures and Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride. Come on, you are still quoting those attractions along with us. We hope you enjoyed this little piece of history. Next time you visit the Magic Kingdom, check out some of the attractions and search for some Easter Eggs within the attractions that were replaced. We have a funny feeling you will find some fun connections. See ya real soon!
Your referrals are our most MAGICAL compliments!
