Howdy y’all. Can we get a howdy!? If you are hungry for some fixins then y’all are going to want to head on over to Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground for some goodtime grub.

Crockett’s Tavern is where the delicious food you are hankerin’ for is made. We recently headed over to the Tavern after a fun-filled day at the Magic Kingdom and we were ready to eat. While you can get some delicious food from PJ’s Southern Takeout, we opted for appetizers and drinks at Crockett’s Tavern.

Round One – drinks! Their specialty drinks feature moonshine, but they have everything your little heart desires. I mean, drinks with the name of Gullywhumper is the only way to go – right?

Round Two – drinks (again), smokehouse nachos, jalapeño poppers and chicken wings. All delicious! The smokehouse nachos were jammed with delicious smoked, pulled pork, toppings, and herb sour cream. The wings were perfectly crispy with a nice southern kick and the jalapeño poppers were not too spicy but loaded with cream cheese. After the appetizers, we were stuffed, hopped a bus to Disney Springs and then returned to our home, Disney’s BoardWalk Resort!
Y’all, if you have the chance to visit Crockett’s Tavern for some drink and food, try it! Plus, if you can get there in the afternoon, take a stroll on over to the brand-new Tri-Circle D Ranch. The horses are waiting to see you!
