Right now, we are sure you have a lot of things running through your mind one of which we are sure is tug-of-war game of whether to take a vacation, change your vacation or if absolutely needed cancel. We completely get it. The only way to enjoy your vacation is to well… enjoy it. So, if you are feeling overwhelmed with what to do for your upcoming vacation or a future vacation, know we are here to help you.
Change: Change can be hard. However, it the case of a Walt Disney World vacation, change can be good. If you are thinking that you would prefer to change your vacation dates, modify your resort or package – it can happen and super easily. Pending availability, changing, or modifying your package is painless. You can change your vacation plans up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. If you are closer to arrival, changes can certainly be mind, but a $50 chance fee may apply. Keep in mind modifying packages might adjust the package price (room rates for date changes or resorts). Remember, if a promotion fits your package (and is available), we automagically apply it on your behalf, no matter what.
The Dreaded “C” – Cancel: It happens, and it is okay! While we hope we can find a new package that you can fall in love with, we totally understand that sometimes cancelling is better for your family. You can receive a 100% refund if you cancel your vacation 30 days prior to arrival. No worries, if you need to cancel within 2 – 29 days, you will receive a refund minus the cancellation fee of your $200 deposit.
Deposit: For our future travelers, ALL you need to lock in your Walt Disney World® Resort vacation is a $200 deposit. Our suggestion – lock in your vacation now, remember we ALWAYS promotion watch and can modify at any time.
Standalone: If you purchased standalone tickets or special event tickets, payment is due in full at time of purchase and it is non-refundable. Room only reservations typically require the first night room rate to book. If needed, room only reservations are refundable up to 5 days prior to travel.
