Mardi Gras at Universal® Studios Orlando

If you are anything like us, then you love celebrating Mardi Gras. Who could pass up gumbo, jambalaya, king cake, beignets, and some tasty libations? We love to make a themed meal on Fat Tuesday and we have frequently used recipes from the Blue Bayou restaurant in Disnelyand® and we always make beignets using the recipe from Port Orleans French Quarter at Walt Disney World® Resort. We always top the night of watching The Princess and the Frog. If you are looking for a little Mardi Gras getaway, take a look at all the fun festivities happening at Universal® Orlando from February 9th to April 4th.
