That’s Amore: Epcot’s Italy Pavilion

Everything you would expect to find in Italy: great food and fine wine, excellent shopping and classic architecture can all be found in this pavilion.  Standing at 83 feet, the bell-tower is a replica of the original that can be found in St. Mark’s Square. Venetian gondolas and bridges can be found alongside the World Showcase Lagoon.  Additional architecture include Doge’s Palace and Fontana de Nettuno. Typical Italian landscape such as olive trees, kumquat, Mediterranean Citrus, cypress, and pines can be found throughout the pavilion.

Entertainment

Sergio is a juggler/mime who puts on quite the show. Crowd participation is a must for this hilarious show.

Food

Tutto Italia Ristorante is a authentic Old World Italian restaurant in both food selection and decor.  This restaurant offers a wide variety of Italian dishes and  is a must do if you love traditional  Italian cuisine.

Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar is an intimate setting designed to make you feel as though you are inside a wine cellar. The menu offers small plates/appetizers with an extensive drink menu with over 200 Italian wines.

Via Napoli is an authentic pizzeria and restaurant that is styled to resemble Florence. The open kitchen allows you to watch the chefs prepare the food while you take in the ambiance.  The unique oversized pizza ovens can be seen below.

If you are looking for a quick service option, you can stop by the pizza window tucked in the back of the pavilion next to Via Napoli.

Shopping

The Italy pavilion offers many small shops where you can find anything and everything. Venetian masks, fine chocolates, traditional Italian snacks (our favorite is the pasta shaped candy), fine Italian wines, Murano glassware, jewelry, handbags, perfume and cologne, Ferrari merchandise, and an abundance of cookbooks.

With all of the great food and drinks along with the excellent shops, the Italy Pavilion is one of our favorites!
